When guy gave me my quote, he only mentioned replacement value for 2 years, then they use a market value calculator. They do have a cool little thing called vanishing deductible. Every year you don't make a claim, they take 100 bucks off the deductible. So with my 500 deductible I chose, in 5 years I would not have ANY deductible.

I have my rig under USAA, only option is ACV, I checked progressive and they were twice as much as USAA with $1k Ded (USAA $500).
Interesting, I even have my boat and motorcycle under progressive. No violations in over 22 yrs, excellent credit, over 50 yo.

That is a very good reason to stay with Good Sam. ACV will be way to low. If you finance the RV and it was totaled it they would give you less then you owed. I was told many years ago to be very careful with using an auto policy for an RV, Seems that was good advice. Good Luck

What is ACV? This is not a common acronym and nobody defined it.

You gentlemen are correct. Just got off of the phone with USAA and she quoted me $227.16 per year for my Flagstaff 26RBWS that I am picking up in 2 weeks. If you tried to get the quote on line it would kick you over to Progressive. Lesson is always make a call..
