Buying a New TT

Hi all,

Buying a new 2019 Flagstaff Superlite 26RBWS. Does the below sound good and thanks in advance. Iím newbie to buying a TT so any help would be most appreciated.

As for the trade in value......NADA lists the wholesale/trade-in value as 7,650. They list the retail value (what we could turn around and sell it for) as 11,250. He gave you 15,010.00 for your trade in to lower the MSRP and make your unpaid balance of cash price 22,589.05.

So breakdown:
Vehicle Price 39,599.05
Cash down 2000.00
Trade In 15,010.00
Balance 22,589.05
doc fee 299.00
trade in payoff 7,500.00

Grand Total: 30,388.05

Im seeing 2019 models on RVTrader.com for 28-30K, so your deal is about 10K too high on the starting vehicle price.

I'd print an ad or two of the lower price ones and offer the following

$28,000 for Trailer price
$8K trade in for your TT
$2K down

$18K balance financed
+$7500 payoff
$25,500 financed.

Working them a little harder you might knock another 2K off the trailer price.
