Just more evidence of the degradation of customer service in our current society. Automate everything and make it marketing intensive.
My biggest pet peeve is when the pump shuts off at a fixed amount. (Most here in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois are set to $50.00) Honestly, at $4.00 a gallon, what good is $50.00?
The station where I see this most often is Citgo. So, I don’t use Citgos.

That said, I have a company card for my gas, when it asks for the zip code if I mistakenly put my home zip, it will tell me to see the attendant.

The other thing that drives me nuts is when I have to answer 30 questions at the pump just to get my gas! There are buttons on the pump for everything else, why not one to choose the car wash?
I love when I pull up to the gas pump on my snowmobile and it asks if I want a car wash One of these days, I’m gonna do it

Scot, I am "that guy"

I recently did a few trips from Canada down to the US and ended up punching in 90210 (only zip code that came to mind haha) it worked on all of them but couldnt find a way to defeat the 75$ max pump

exactly, with a 44 gallon tank and the price of diesel, I go inside anyway and have them run the CC first so I can pump till full.
