Champion 3400 dual fuel inverter generator prices

Does anyone know where they may good pricing on a champion 3400 dual fuel inverter generator? I'm steering away from the 3500 since they're only sold at camper world and cabelas. I was told the 3400 is sold for much less but I'm finding out that's not the case. Everything's over $1k.

I want solar as well but still shopping. I'm getting an a212hw A-FRAME

Grabbed a 3200/3500 dual fuel on eBay for $799. Looked and seemed like new to me.

First, the 3500 sold at CW and Cabela's is EXACTLY the same unit as the 3400 sold every where else. This has been discussed many times here and verified by the folks at Champion.

Here is the most consistent best price I've found on Champions. Sometimes others have sales that will beat them slightly but you gotta be watching.

Ya, I know, with the exception of the 100w difference. The guy at champion said the 3400 is a little lower price.
It looks like the site you referenced is the same price everywhere else. I guess prices are set.

It seems inverter generator prices have been on the rise since the rash of extreme hurricanes. Some are out of stock as well.

There is no 100w difference.
It's the same exact generator.

If a 3000 Champion dual fuel will do the job-
Canadian Tire in Canada has them on sale for $699- Canadian Dollars.

+1 The only difference is the sticker on the front. EVERY internal part is identical.

I got my from home depot, used a 10% coupon (you can find them everywhere) and got in right under 900 bucks, had the added advantage of using my home depot card for 0% interest for 12 months or so, so basically cost me about $83 bucks a month for 12 months - if you've got a card and a tight budget, might be the way to go.
