Cherokee purchase advice

Hi all. My family and I have an 05 25ft gulfstream amerlite and it's about time to upgrade. I have been looking online but only looked at a couple dealers. I found a new 14 Cherokee 294bh over the weekend. My trade is not worth much...have some hail damage. He offered 2500 after seeing it. It's a fair offer. Darn hail this spring got me. I was hoping to sell it for 5000 before the hail but I don't really have time to sell now. He originally told me 3500 but I forgot to tell him about the hail so I called him back and then he came and looked at it at our seasonal site and said he had to knock a thousand off.

That all said he seems to have a really good price of $21900 on the camper. Basically trade would cover a bit more than tax title and fees out the door for 21000 even. I looked at dealers prices online and it seems like a good price. He said he can't budge anymore on price or trade. So now it's decision time. Anyone have thoughts? Am I right this is a good price?

it would help if you posted what part of the country this is at.

RV prices vary wildly by region. since 95% of RV's are made in the Midwest, prices there are usually 25%-40% cheaper than the West Coast, for example.
