Coach-Net ERS did Good

Well I finally had the chance to use emergency roadside service from Coach-Net. I went out this morning to start my truck and it had dead batteries (5 years old). Diesels take a lot of cranking amps to start and my portable jump start kit couldn’t cut the mustard. I'm at home, not on the road, and the truck is in my driveway. I called Coach-Net and within 45 minutes the truck was up and running. My call to Coach-Net was handled very professionally and the claims rep I talked to insisted that we set the call up as a jump start with a possible tow, just in case. I'm very satisfied with Coach-Net.

After the jump start I drove a couple of miles to a local battery store and had both batteries replaced.

Three days after I secured Coach Net, I had a brake freeze up on my TV while towing the A frame just 15 miles from home. They dispatched a flat bed for the car and towed the camper to Tires Plus for repair/ no charge. I will never travel without Coach Net !

I called coach net one night about 1am and my running lights had stopped working, coach net told me to wait until morning in a safe place. I was talking to a young female who only knew how to answer the phone. I needed to talk to someone that could help me find the problem, I had to be somewhere that morning, needless to say I got no help. When coach net expired I went with Good Sam
