Coach-Net Renewal

Any opinions about Coach-Net? My free first-year membership is expiring in a couple months. Should I renew? I have a 2014 Forester 3011DS (if that makes any difference).

Opinions about roadside assistance programs in general??

Called them once in the first month of 'free' membership. They told me what I already knew and was of no help. Never ever crossed my mind to call them again. When the 'renewal' came in the mail, went straight to the trash.

I called them once and they were going to send me 15 miles away and they don't pay. I found a place within 3 miles and they got it right in. Ford has roadside assistance 5 years 60,000 miles, after that I may consider. Good Luck!

I would have some kind of coverage. When we got our renewal in the mail, I thought Coachnet's price looked pretty reasonable but we already had AAA plus RV which is nice because it covers us all the time in any vehicle. So we didn't renew Coachnet and I don't have any experience with them.

Made my first AAA RV call last week when one of the trailer tires shredded. They were there in 20 minutes. Less than 10 minutes to get it changed. So we were pretty happy but I think with any roadside assistance, it can vary depending on where you are and how busy they are at the time.

I use Good Sam. AAA+ will NOT move your trailer if needed. Good Sam will move both the TV and trailer, even if a 5th wheel if necessary.
