Just remembered. The Sanibel in this sale is the same one I posted about in August.
Beautiful trailer and suitable for full timing.
Here's a link to that thread with pics.
Sanibel at Leisure Time RV Pics

PT had a sale going last fall at this time, so maybe it's going to be an annual event. That could be why there's a bigger savings compared to the MSRP's.
Last year's sales event is when I purchased mine, out the door for $26.9k, MSRP $39,562 including the Touring Edition package which they only offer during the sale events.

Another thing to remember is that a lot of the "sale" prices are on stripped down models. Ours came pretty much loaded to the hilt.

I did get a price quote from RV Wholesalers and delivery to the Canadian border was just about $2k cheaper. Not worth the drive.

My camper is pretty well loaded with the 15k AC, awning toppers, tv, minimal carpet, leather lazy boys, table/ chairs with atrium windows, microwave, full oven, reese revolution hitch, sliding hitch for truck, 2000 watt yamaha invertor generator and a $500 gas card.

Generator? Is it permanently mounted, or just stored in the basement? I am surprised RV wholesalers couldn't do better than that. I guess we got a pretty good deal.

RV Wholesalers were the highest of the four quotes I got...$1400 higher than the lowest price, which was RV Direct. I picked it up in Elkhart IN and saved the delivery fee.

IMHO, discussing the actual price paid only leads to dissatisfaction as there's always someone who got a better deal.

When i was "shopping for our 5th wheel in june..I would let each dealer know i wanted a "out the door pricing" With the exact options i wanted in a 5th wheel.. I ended up with a 2012 model and it was exactly what we wanted .. I didnt feel bad letting a dealer know after they had given me their best price .. what another dealer had come up with.. in.. out the door pricing.. And we got A 5% .loan from chemical bank....

The dealer offered the generator as a value add to sweeten the pot. It isn't permanently mounted. I carry it in the storage. I forgot to mention that the dealer also "threw in" a 4 day Caribbean cruise. There are some restrictions with that , however, and it's very unlikely that I will be using it at all. Highest bidder takes it.
