I had them for a while when we first bought our trailer. for rv's they use a company called FOREMOST. I have no recommendations as I had no claims. I think they would have been ok, only because our agent was experienced and knowledgeable. plus we had our auto, home, and umbrella policy with him. I doubt that all farmers agents are as experienced with rv's.

We have Farmers for Homeowners ins. and Foremost for our motorcycle fleet. No issues to date, totaled a motorcycle several years ago and had NO issues with the claim.... hope this helps...
I have Farmers for home and auto and Foremost for trailer. Many years ago I had a pop-up. Twice in 10 years that I owned it, hail did damage to the roof and A/C unit. I had no issues with Foremost coverage and agreeable solution.
Had Farmers for our 1st house. They didn't like our ethnicity changing neighborhood. So after 1 year they did a walk around, and said sorry your foundation is deteriorating. Your cancelled.
I'll never use them again for anything for any price.
That was 45 years ago. The house is still standing. It's 128 years old this year. And I'll hold a grudge until it falls down.
