first timer purchase tips

1. When you think you hit bottom price offer 2000.00 less. Go home if you have to.
I purchased a 2015 microlite 19fd from forestriver last may. We love it weve had no problems it still smells new. MSRP was 21,600.00 at our local Ron Hoover. We drove to Dallas Texas and picked up the same unit for 14,200.00
this year we thought about trading up to the 25ks. They offered me 10,500 trade. I laughed so when you think you are close to invoice think again!

2. If the unit your buying isnt polished waxed and spotless do take delivery until it is, there is no reason for a dealership to sell you a dirty grimed up fiberglass unit.

3. Extended warranty from the factory, not the dealership.

Affer that have fun On the journey.

Just a consideration when traveling

With the slide closed/in, can you still get to the bathroom if you needed too?

Thank you all for your tips, I've seen a lot of great points of consideration and advice! I appreciate all of the input, we'll definitely be doing a lot of additional homework prior to our purchase!
