Forest River Extended Warranty for Forester 3011DS

Does Forest River offer an extended warranty (2nd year) for class C motorhomes (specifically Forester 3011DS) like they do for trailers and 5th wheels? The dealership is selling us a motorhome coverage by Compass RV Protection. Thanks!

NO.
2nd year factory warranty is only available for towables, not motorized units.
And also not all brands under the FR umbrella.

i think a lot of it has to do with motorhomes having two different parts, the box from the RV manufacturer and the motorized chassis from the auto manufacturer.

twice the possible warranty issues, along with the motorized chassis issues probably more costly.

I have a Forester 3011DS, I bought it new in June, 2015 from Camping World, I also bought an extended warranty thru Good Sam, 84/75000. Although I can cancel it and get a refund before it starts.
