The two people you talked too may have been "first day on the job"? The day before that they may have been the persons spelling the names wrong on the cups at Starbucks, or mixing up the orders at the McDonalds drive thru.

I have a PDI coming on the 26th for Flagstaff 26RLWS. We bought it at the RV show so not sure about the actual dealer, but I am sure they bring their guys in. They pushed the aftermarket extended warranty which we refused a few times. They have said nothing about the 2-year factory extension.

Does anyone have a form I can download and print to fill out or number to call to get it. I don't expect the dealer to be much help in regards to this based on other local feedback.

Thanks for putting this information out! I just purchased a Salem 27DBK today and the dealer mentioned nothing about this. They did try to sell me a very expensive GS extended service agreement.

My continuing saga

I mailed the form and check on 1/5/17 and they have cashed it on 1/20/17. Does this a contact make?? I guess I will see if I get any paperwork back from them. it was 62 days from purchase to when I mailed it in with the form stating you have 90 days. As far as I am concerned, they took my money so they owe the extended year warranty.

I am filling out the paperwork for the extended warranty. It asks for unit serial number, unit vin, and model number. The paperwork I have from the dealer shows the vin and the model number, but no serial number. Does anyone know where I can find the unit serial number? Thanks.

I have no idea about your model. On mine there is a compliance sticker, sliver in an oval shape, right by the entry door. This is what I used for the serial number. Your results may vary

If you are just picking it up I would suggest asking the dealer. My comment is just my best guess.

I used the sameone as Lomax did the one by the door, that seemed to work for me, there mostly interested in the Vin#....

Your serial number will be on this sticker, most likely in the same place as in this picture. Its typically the last 6 numbers of the vin with 3 letters plugged onto the front of it.

VIN and Serial Number are the same thing.

How do you know if your TT is on the list for the 2nd year or are all Rockwoods eligible?
