Got mine back stamped "PAID" too.
I guess they're saving $0.002457 by not sending back a separate piece of paper.

Is their a revised copy of the form? I just purchased a Prime Time crusader 296bhs and for only $150 I think it's worth extending. Did not have any of this paperwork on board my RV.

Congratulations on your new Toy!
you must call FR and ask them to send you the form. They are pretty fast at responding.

Don't believe it's available on Prime Time models.
I think PT does offer its own 2 year warranty on the Sanibel line though.
It's also not available for Coachmen and Dynamax models.

My Dealer I94 RV told me about the extended warranty at my signing.. Never mentioned a after market warranty.. They have a incredible service department.. If traveling and you have an Issue between Chicago and Milwaukee.. Give them a call.

I got both.
I seem to recall that there was a few things that the FR extra year warranty covered that the other did not. (The frame comes to mind.)

Exactly. Sea Doo sends a paper ID card with your warranty, nothing fancy, but at least you have something you can carry in your wallet.

Warranty
I am confused. I bought my Columbus last year in March and was offered a lifetime warranty bumper to bumper. All I have to do is take it in for inspection each year at purchase time. They have a set list of items to check, and clean. Like wheel bearings and furnace. A/C, roof and etc... I just took it in and got some regular item fixed and had the warranty check. Total cost of inspection was $216. The other items were under the warranty and was no charge. All the trailers at the dealer has a lifetime warranty. I see the same thing advertised at other dealers across the country. Now I am talking about Forest River. This was offered to me last year at a dealer in Texas and at my local dealer.

You got the Forever Warranty which has been discussed here before. Here's one thread about it.
This thread is discussing the 2nd-year warranty offered by FR that begins after the one year warranty that comes with a brand new trailer expires.
This is the form:
http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...do=file&id=175
They are two separate things. The main difference is that with the forever warranty you are paying for it well... forever. The 2nd year warranty is a one-time $150 - $250.

It's interesting to watch them go from not knowing anything about it to knowing all about it once they are aware that you now have it.

As stated in previous posts, the 2nd year factory warranty is NOT available for Motorhomes.
ONLY available for FR towables.

We must have had the odd dealer. He not only told about the extended warranty but encouraged us to get it. He made sure we had and actually saw the paper that we needed to fill out and send in.
