I always check

Gas prices today in the Toronto area are around $0.90/L but as low as $0.85/L, in Calgary & Edmonton it's around $0.65/L, Montreal & Halifax are at around $0.88/L, and in Vancouver around $1.06/L.

Las Vegas gas average is about $2.19. Sam's has gas for $2.07. Pretty high here compared to many other parts of the country. Taxes probably is one of the major reasons which means I won't fill up the MH here. Last filled up in Flagstaff, AZ and can make back to Kingman, AZ when we leave. Gas in Kingman off the interstate is $1.82. Saving over .20 to .30 per gallon. When you put in 60+ gallons, that's a okay savings!

And today in Calgary we had a 10c (Cdn) per liter rise in the gas price. That's nearly 40c (Cdn) per gallon or about 25c US.

Now retailing at about 78c (Cdn) per liter although it can still be bought cheaper at Costco (64c Cdn per liter).

Factoring in the exchange rate, for a US driver buying gas in Canada it doesn't work out to be too much more than south of the border.

Just got regular gas at a nearby Costco. With my 3% discount, it was $1.689 a gallon.

And that's on the EPA-loving West Coast!

"Funny" how related stocks / bonds are to fuel prices. So, we want lower fuel prices, but with those we get something rather unexpected, showing us how complicated "things" are, and how tied together they are, economically speaking.
