We keep it at home, but I don't fool myself in thinking it is any safer there from either two or four footed varmits. I'd love to have it in a more secure facility with wash and dump facilities no less! That would be nice. I'll have to look into that. ($300/month is too much. $30 is a bargain!)

Very well said, Schrederman

Nothing worse than a neighbor with zero cares about the neighbors around him, whether a barking dog, trash, loud parties every weekend, etc etc I refuse to let one jackwagon drag down an entire street or neighborhood.

I pay for storage every month, the mortgage company wants their money. and for HOA
we have one but it only requires a house greater them 2500 SQFT and if a out building is constructed it must match the house. but since everyone in our street has 5 acres or more we never see the neighbors, let alone hear their animals if they have any

We lived next to a HOA with a bad attitude.

The judge looked at the HOA members and asked 2 questions.

1. You're suing Mr. Smith for failure to comply with the building covenants?
...Yes your Honor.
2. Reading from your HOA covenant "You 7 families represent 80% of the HOA membership?"
... uuuhh no your honor but but the covenant says

HhMm then you fell it's legal to pick which covenants to enforce, that wasn't a question
BANG goes the gavel
CASE DISMISSED 7 families to pay $1000 each, court cost.

True story

For the winter months we store inside, secure and heated at $110/mth. Otherwise it fits in the driveway and traps one car in the garage. Seeing some of the posts about HOAs, That must be awful, you own your property but can't keep your RV on it?

Navy just moved us to a new spot. So instead of $45 per month for a 50 foot spot to park my 28 foot TT and 24 foot car trailer, I now pay $40 per month per spot for 2 spots. Still cheaper than out in Charleston, SC at a minimum of $80 per month per spot.
