Thought of all these things when I got remarried 3 years ago and could not find a house to buy that was close to what my wife owned that would have room/storage etc and not WAY more expensive. SOOO I bought a storage condo 4 miles away and what a great decision.. a place to go and work on stuff awith heat and electric. At 70K it is a bargain and is appreciating in today's market. 14X50 hold the camper and truck and I work there on weekends. I keep all my tools there, put the slides out and have a grand old time..Click image for larger version
