We pay $40 a month for a 24/7 secured access back in spot. Nice thin is its about 10 min from our home and right off to major highways makes for easy travels when we leave.

Stored indoors at our county fairgrounds in the exhibition building. Somewhere around $400 for 6 months.

We will be using a storage facility about 10 minutes from our house. It's a paved lot and the facility has an on site dump station and RV wash area for $100 a month.

I could park my TT at home but can't easily get into the driveway by myself. The city has rules about where it can be or not. In the end I opted to keep it at a storage place when I can drop it off without depending on others to help. It's behind a gated fence that is only available to customers during business hours. I pay $70 per month for outside storage but used to pay $125 for warehouse storage at another place.
Since I don't keep the TT at home it not a red flag the house is empty when I go camping. This is a little thing but I just feel a tad safer.

Free Storage. The house is paid for and the 5ver is in the back yard.

Where we live we couldnt get our trailer up the steep mountain road...muchless park it in our driveway. So our community has an old campground where we can store our trailer.
Sites have no power or water, but there is water close by where we can fill up and most importantly is we have a dump station.
We pay $75 a quater... went up for a while but dropped bacl dwon below what we were paying before. Its about 1 1/2 form the house and we drive by every day we go out. Makes it easy to go check on it every week or so.

RVs/boats/trailers/other wheeled stuff are allowed in our estates as long as parked discreetly to side or rear of house.
We did the math and found that installing a 50A outlet & pouring a pad big enough to have the slides open and park the truck (hooked up and ready to roll) was worth the cost ($2300) when compared to storage @ $99/MO with only 110V for several reasons:
1. Easy to go out and work on the unit - if I forget a tool I just go to the garage not cuss all the way back home from storage
2. Break even ROI in 23 months
3. Lower (slightly) RV insurance (~$8/MO)
4. Can prep for a trip MUCH easier than storage
5. Trip day is a simple get in, start engine and GO!

Since we purchased our TT in late October storage was a problem so late in the year. Our county fairground leases there buildings out at $8 per foot for the season Oct - April. Luckily I was able to lease a building at our local airport for $125 per month... Seemed a little pricey but I didn't have many options for a 36' trailer. Best move I've made so far. Access anytime I want to to do anything I want with the trailer.

I would say that you certainly make the right choice considering those reasons given.
I been thru HSV once - looks like a very nice place.
Isn't that where there's a place that sells unclaimed airline baggage?

We're lucky enough to have plenty of room. Ours sits in front of one of our garage doors.

Have stored our in doors since new. The charge is $329.00 per year, with the year starting October to June. They also do all the moving and parking so there is no question as to who damaged the rig, if any. We can also remove and replace it anytime we want.

We pay $45/month for storage. Outdoor, pull through spot on crushed concrete, fenced, guarded, 24/7 access about 15-20 minutes from home. I wish we could store it a home but our HOA doesn't allow it.

I used to pay $60/month for a30' covered spot. They increased their rent to $90/month. Luckily for me my sister and brother-in-law moved to town and bought a place nearby with an awning available for me to use.
A win win because they're welcome to use my trailer to take their grand kids and I get free parking. In reality they were welcome to use the trailer anyway, lol.
