We just replaced our 1999 Mountain Aire with a 2016 FR3 28DS, I wanted something shorter and newer to drive. So far, I'm happy with it, getting ready to hit the road, somewhere!

Hi there!

Welcome to the forums. I must had been moving the first post as you were typing the second post. It was moved to the Dollar & Cent forum where many questions about Insurance are located.

Good luck,
Terier

It just seems like yesterday I brought my 2011 unit and now you have a brand new 2016 FR3. Congrats on the new camper.

Thanks, plus I/we also have the monthly bill! We're spending our money while we can; we earned it, we're spending and enjoying life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even with storing it outside in the elements mine still looks good but finally it lost that new wood scent & saw dust. Now all the dust is camping dirt.

Do you have any plans for your first trip out yet?

Yes, first trip to Cressona PA, so that my wife can see her family, later-MT Rushmore, Las Vegas, various place en-route back to Texas, and at least two trips to the Texas coast. We've been home to long, time to travel! Next year California, starting in San Diego then north along coast line, then play it by ear. We're ready!!
