Insurance question

I have been getting quotes from insurance companies on our new 2010 Sunseeker. They all put in "total loss repalcement/ purchase price". I am not sure if we should get this coverage. Dose everyone get this and is it worth it?

I wouldn't be without it. We have it on our truck and trailer.

To me it is worth it. Rv's depreciate about $2,000 bucks a year depending on the model. For me to replace my 2006 8314ss to day with a new 2011 it would coat approx $13,000 bucks more then the 2006 that I have. It will also depend on how much the insurance company is going to charge you.

yes, get the coverage asap--you will never regret it and will sleep better at night for the whole yr and thereafter--It's a great coverage that all need.(from a Ins Agent with 40 yrs experience)

We just purchased our 2011 374ts and will be taking delivery this weekend. I choose to go with the argreed repacement cost rather then replacement coverage. Just in case of a loss...we're not stuck with the same unit. It's a flat check with no conditions. Only 30 dollars more, but I think it's worth it.
