I guess this is the kind of service you get with a low price internet dealer.

I don't see anything wrong with forwarding the loan documents since the unit is in and will be ready for pick up shortly.

Looking forward to reading about your camping trips in the new unit. Also remember that we love pictures here.

While I'd say this is unusual it's not unheard of. Also remember that the financing is separate from the purchase of the vehicle - while it would be great if the bank relied on your to protect their interests by inspecting the vehicle they don't ask, nor require, you do that. Banks are financing lots and lots of things sight unseen. My credit union will send me a check after 10 minutes on the phone for "up to" $35k - me/the dealer fills in the amount at delivery - to me this is unusual but only because I've not experienced it before - to the credit union it's normal.

It may be becoming normal to arrange financing and payment this way but I personally would not want to have to arrange a purchase this way.I don't think that I would worry about them actually delivering what I asked for,but if there were some things not quite right with the unit I am certain you would be able to obtain satisfaction more quickly if you had not already paid for the unit.As I said before, and learned from experience, the one with the money holds the power.

Itypd,

Know that RV Direct and the other big one, RV Wholesaler, have plenty of happy customers.

Think positively and time to look forward to your new RV.

Just look it over good and make sure you have them Document every issue if it is not fixed before signing any release cause once you drive off the lot - you will have no documentation and it will be your word against theirs
