NADA trailer/motorhome values

I occasionally notice questions about the value of a trailer someone is thinking about buying. Conversely, you might be interested in what a trailer you already own is worth. This should help a lot in most instances.

Go to the NADA site:
New Car Prices, Used Car Values, New Car Reviews & Car Buying Guides - NADAguides.com Official Site

Click on RV's

Under RV Pricing, click on the type of vehicle you have or are interested in. Click on the first letter of your brand of vehicle, for example S for Surveyor.

You can usually come up with the year and model you are looking for, though you might have to "dig" a bit.

For example. A Surveyor is not listed under Forest River, it is listed under "S" for Surveyor. Then click on the model year, the model number, and check the accessories on the trailer. When done click on "Get Used Value"

Richard this is good information for those looking to buy or sell.

1 note on this. Don't check options for things that come standard on that particular model, or it will over inflate the price. Furnaces, fridges, stabilizer jacks, etc. are standard equipment on many campers. AC, awnings, and such are options and need to be checked.
