I've had anal friends (no pun intended) that didn't want anyone to walk in their TT/MH etc. because they might get a dirt spect in/on it....
but never heard of the "don't use the facilities" to save resale value.

We try to not crap in the toilet if there is a bathroom in the campground. Especially if we don't have a sewer hookup. But not for resale value. Just want to make sure we have room in the tank when it's essential!

It's a cop-out for something else: cleaning, dumping black water, never really wanted one but DW talked into it; Trade in value, maybe but last on the list.

How do they know it works? They would still need to flush to winterize water lines.

I will bake at home but not on the road.

Wow, that should be the laugh for the day. Hilarious.
We know some one too who bought a new camper 3 yrs ago and they have NEVER used the toilet either. Needless to say we rub it in every chance we get. I asked our dealer about this too. He said "your kidding?" He never heard that one yet. And according to him, "NO" it won't increase the resale value.

He doesn't want to empty the tank. Too much work and it smells.
