Mods are kind of an individual thing and what your TT already has. Just think of any luxury you have at home and incorporate them into your trailer. Then there are necessities, like tools. You don't need a roll away but some basics and specifics, for instance a 1 1/16 socket for your water tank anode etc...
Excluding perishables I keep everything already in the trailer, like towels, some clothing, all kitchen hardware and bathroom stuff, If not you WILL forget something. If your lucky enough to have your TT at home get a dedicated outlet and leave it plugged in. Happy Camping. Also, congrats! I love the EVO.

Get a dual USB port phone charger and keep it in the TT. You'll never have to worry about forgetting the one you have in the drawer at the house. We also got a Flip Jack extension for our power jack. Adds six inches and removes the need for all the blocks of wood.

I personally like this guy's video. Simple and straight forward. No husband/wife team tag teaming for the camera.

Also, a portable air pump is handy as well. Viair makes a nice one that you can connect the the tow vehicle's battery to run. If you need to buy anything, check Amazon first, can't beat the prices.
