You need to be careful with these kind of items. The overall gross specs appear to be impressive, but they are nothing more than a collection of 13650 type cells ( 20 for this item). They can produce the power specified, but usually at a lower rate for a longer period of time rather than a higher rate for a shorter time. Also recharging it with a 60W panel would be stretching it unless you had 12+ hours of direct sun.
