Paul Sherry RV
Thinking of buying a TT from Paul Sherry RV in Ohio can anyone share there experiences with this dealer. Also I will be traveling 10 hours to get to this TT
because they have the best price by far. So any feedback related to that would also be help full.

We just bought a new motorhome from them and so far everything has been great. Our salesman was Robin Selfridge and he took great care of us. The PDI team spent a lot of time with us and we're very helpful. The owner even came to check on us to make sure we were happy. Had a couple of problems with paperwork because of not signing in the right place but they overnights to us the correct paperwork and no problem. Have not had to use their service department yet but did meet the service manager He gave me his card and said to call him if we needed anything. Good luck and hope you get the same treatment.

That's a long way to have to drive for warranty service work.

Bought from Sherry's ONE time, although it was almost 20 yrs ago. I have my business in Piqua, and drove to Grand Rapids to buy my GT, if that tells you anything. They wrecked my trailer while in for service. Had to replace some of the tin siding on one side. Installed it upside down. Replaced again with wrong color. Had to replace the entire side because they couldn't match color, so I had 2 similar but different sides. This took about 9 months to complete and had to involve an attorney to get it back. They had a pretty bad reputation at one time. Again, this was a long time ago and things may and most likely have changed.

Local dealers will not perform warranty work?
We are buying from a place in Toledo and we live in Columbus,Ohio. The place in Toledo is $1000.00 less than my best deal here.

We also bought our trailer from a dealer 2000 miles away.
FR found us local dealers that would do the warranty work.

Try doing a search in our dealer review section to see if any reviews (positive or negative) appear for you.

He is in Cincinnati, about 100 miles away.
Beats Toledo.
Thanks, we are picking her up in 2 weeks.
Looking forward to it and doing a lot of reading on what to expect.

bcrobbins....If you're looking in Ohio......
I don't know what brand you're looking for but if its a Rockwood, Palomino, or a few other Forest River brands give Labadie RV a shout in Toledo. You'll not find a better price in that area.

I looked at their Web site and nothing similar to what we are getting.
Thanks.

We bought our Georgetown Motorhome from Paul Sherry in October and we live in northeast Ohio. Of all the dealers in Ohio and Indiana (Elkhart) they had the best price. The walkthru was terrible though. They had a person that actually knew less about RVs than me! and I only started Rving last year!!! Not planning on taking the unit for service there since they are so far. But, when it came to price, you couldn't beat them!
Good luck,
Matt
