penny wise lighting

...I ponder ...could it be usefull in my fulltiming rv. A purchased sone Angel lights this winter when my store got them in stock and love them. Now we just got in some aaa batt stick up lights with 3 leds per unit and was contemplating putting them along the baseboards here and there for night light tracklighting. Any thoughts on this? I have heaps of solar lights that recharge my batts so no real money out of pocket.

Sounds like a great idea but don't you already have 12 volt DC lights in your rig?
They are easy to add more and probably cheaper to do then buy these little fellows.

I do have one running strip just as you walk in the door on left baseboard but these are only $5 for 3 lightd and i can tap them on with shoes, slippers or bare feet. I put some on my steps under my porch and they hold up well. Just a thought for less power usage
Didnt know if others had used them. I dontmind being the guinea pig.

As expensive as Triple A batteries are these days, I'm not sure you'd save enough to warrant using battery powered lights, unless you buy one of those re-chargers and use rechargeable batteries, and that's quite an initial expense.

Oh i have approx. 28 solar lights that take both aa and aaa so they double as landscape lighting and keeping my batts charged.
