Please help with 2007 Greywolf pricing.

Hi all, new to the forum and I was hoping someone could help me out. I am about to purchase a 2007 33' Cherokee Grey wolf. It is from an acquaintance. It is the basic layout, with 2 slideouts and it is in really good shape. He has maintained it very well. It has new tires and brakes, and a lifetime warranty rubber coating on the roof. He is also giving me the weight distribution and sway hitch, along with a 50 amp to 30 converter. Is 10,000$ a good deal for it in clean condition?

Yes 10k would be a good deal around here especially if it's in perfect condition. I would want to know more about the roof though.

It the price could be high or low depending on what part of the country

I'm not sure about the roof. I guess it's just a cool seal coating. I'll get the details from him. The camper is in Baytown Tx and I'm in Dallas. I haven't seen anything that length and that recent, for that low, but I haven't seen any solid pricing guides, so Rv trader is all I have to go by.

Seems like a good price to me, especially if you know how it was maintained!

That deal didn't go through, and now it looks like I'll be getting a new Innsbruck.
