Question about RV roofs

Hello, my name is James and this is my first post to this site. I have been lurking around for a while though. About four weeks ago we experienced the worst hailstorm I have ever seen. My house roof was damaged, (new roor coming) Ford pick-up dinged (repair coming) and today my 2011 Forest River Surveyor was inspected and according to the dealer rep, the rubber roof was damaged as well. My question. He asked me if I wanted to replace with what he called a PVC rubber roof. I don't know anything about these things so I don't if that is a good thing or not. Help me out please! Thanks, James

Is that better than EPDM membrane?
That is what is on my Flagstaff.
EPDM is supposed to be the "cat's meow" of roof materials.

Roofing Materials - EPDM, PVC - Roof Helper

I think the material he want to install is the vinyl alpha menbrane. This is the kind of menbrane that came with your trailer from the manufacturer. This roof is ga ranteed for 12 years and it is pro rated.
