Question Replacing Decals

Has anyone ever replaced the decals on the outside of their camper? My are faded and I would like to get new ones. I have no idea where to look. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Our dealer has replaced some on our other campers and is getting ready to replace one on the front bunk door. We have not changed them ourselves but you can get them through your dealer.

Since my local dealer and I are not seeing "eye to eye" I wonder if the decals can be ordered direct from FR? Anyone know? I may need to reach out to sources at the factory in the future.

Yes, you can get them(decals) from Forest River. Contact their parts department with your Make,Model# & VIN#, then the location of the decal or decals to be replaced(pictures downloaded to them will help greatly). They will send back pricing with pics. I will warn you that some of the big ones can cost a pretty penny, but what do you do.

Mine started comming off in the front. Was going to ask what to glue them back on with, but decided would look better without them.

I own a signmaking, decal and graphic company in Calgary Alberta and quite a bit of our business is recreating logos and decals for bodyshops after hail storms or accidents. One of the perks was updating my 1979 prowler to all circa 2000 era logos (and making my fridge "stainless steel!). I am sure in your area there is an automotive sign/decal shop that would be able to help you, and the longer they have been in business means more selection of individual brands (i.e. No setup charge for you...). Your new decals will also be MUCH better quality, and if done with multiple layers of colored vinyl (like they did before everything was silkscreened or printed onto white) you cab be assured that the colors will hardly fade, even after 8 or 10 years "facing south"!

I crunched one of my cargo doors, and ruined the end of a decal. Very small piece. I had to order the decals for the entire rig, it will cost me more than $100 ($91.20 plus tax and shipping). I was going to have the piece duplicated and try to match the color, but my body repair man said I might as well get the whole thing and have it in reserve just in case I need other pieces. So, I don't think you can get just the pieces you need. I have a 24 foot Sunseeker 2200. (Also ordered the door and it arrived today - it was $73.80 total.)

With Forest River you can order just the ones you need. They will send you the diagram, you just chose what you want.
