Rv direct

We are in the process of purchasing a RV from RV direct. They are asking for full payment up front before the unit can be shipped from FR. Is this the normal way they do business? Has anyone done business with them this way and how did that work out for you. We have the $$$ but we are a little nervous about sending full payment without seeing / inspecting the unit.

We paid for ours before picking it up with no problems.

Would you pay the full price for a new car you ordered from a dealer before the car was built and delivered? Of course not, so why is it any different for a trailer.

Would tell RV Direct "ADIOS AMIGO." That is absolutely ridiculous. Let RV Direct put their money up to get the camper delivered.

Ford Idaho is right - this is a duplicate thread to where you've already gotten good information. If you have further questions, feel free to post on that one.
