I travel a lot during the year with my career. Not retired, yet. If I could RV all the time, I would rather than stay in hotels, and no I don't stay at the cheap ones. As all have stated, it's not about the price, it's about the freedom, experiences, one's own "stuff", etc. I love sitting outside the MH just watching people and getting to talk to them. I have been able to RV a couple of times when working and love it. At the end of the day, I feel like I am on vacation. Love it. Having my hubby there and our little dog is fabulous. RV is a lifestyle.
