Storage cost?

What are you paying for secure (fenced) storage on pavement? My situation is that I dont have the indoor barn for winter storage this year so I will have to store outside in a friends winter storage lot. He is in the Marina business and when he closes for the year (nov1) his paved storage lot is locked up and he has offered to let us spot the trailer in the lot. My wife and I are not comfortable parking it there for free but do not know what the going rate for a 37' 5er would be in this situation.

We pay $888 per year for storage in a secured lot at the local regional park. That is for a 35' TT.

Depends on location - here in Huntsville, AL it's @ $80 for paved uncovered & $120 for paved covered (and 110V to charge the battery)

We had a gravel parking area installed at our house. The cost of the install will pay for itself by me not having to pay to store it elsewhere.

My trailer sits in my driveway from March to November, then we pay $225 to have it stored in the Junior Fair building at our county fair grounds from November to March.

We have a 37 foot motorhome and we pay $60. a month on gravel with lights and camera's fenced lot with gates. It is at a truck and RV service center and someone is there during the day through the week and a lot of times on the weekend. We have an assigned spot with enough room to put our slides out if needed. When we take our motorhome out our car stays there at no additional cost. Also there is enough room to store a tow dolly behind the motorhome if needed.
There are places closer and cheaper, but don't have the security. We pay for the security and know it is money well spent.

About $1,300 annually for secure covered storage, on gravel, with 15 Amp 115VAC service included. Way too much but storage, much less covered storage, for a 30 foot anything is high in the Atlanta area.

It is better to have too much truck than to have too much trailer.

Paved, uncovered space in secure storage. $80/month. Hard to find covered spots and we have no room to keep her at our house. I feel bad leaving her outside all winter.

During the season we leave it at a campground for $198 a quarter on gravel but they pull to your site and return it to storage as may times that you want just have to pay the campsite fee.

I dont think thats overpriced.I'd pay that in a heartbeat even though we have it at home with our own dump sta and 50a service.Just haveing that space available 12 months anytime we would want it would be well worth it to me.

$45/mn. It was gravel, but last fall they "paved" it with some weird kind of none-hot asphalt-looking stuff. It sort of holds together, but you can pretty easily move individual pieces of it around or even dig through it if you wanted to. Very strange stuff.

$660 a year on very nice gravel lot, it's more of a shell type surface and not just gravel. 8' fence, key code gate, lights, a dump station. 40'
