Here's one for all you FBLS owners! Anyone know if there's a way to install a larger or modify the hot water heater to provide more hot water?????

We traded in a 21fbks for the 25fks. Love it. DH says pulling is the same or better because it rides a little higher. Of course he also bought a new truck too. Might have something to do with that! Outdoor kitchen is very nice though Iím short and it is a little high for me. The slide out crown molding inside is attractive too and adds architectural detail when extended. Iím a cook and the extra kitchen space is fabulous! Bathroom is also bigger with more counter space.

Iíve mentioned in this forum before how nice having a bedroom door is. Only drawback might be that with slide in canít get to bathroom. We also do miss the passthru storage across the front of the 21fbks: the storage set up in the new one from the back end can be awkward, and we WILL be taking out the lazy Susan under kitchen sink. Totally useless waste of space as far as Iím concerned - plumbing pipes prevent use of top shelf and entire thing wonít turn if storage space is full. Obviously designed by a man.

Oh! Also having 2 30 gallon grey tanks makes a difference too ! Good luck on your decision!

That was why I went new, I looked at used but the cost was so close it didnít make sense.

Op, Iíd price it as what you think it would sell for, or bring it to the dealership and see what they offer.

OP my advice is don't get wound around the axle about how much they are giving you for your trade and only deal in Out The Door pricing when you are negotiating so you don't get stuck with surprise charges or fees. Do your homework, researching not just NADA but also check out RVtrader, and other dealerships to look at pricing and to estimate values, and don't be afraid to pick one or two you like and do some online negotiating to see what some real prices would be. I traded my Starcraft after a little over one year. My only goal was $xx out of my pocket for my new Rockwood. I didn't have a loan on it so that helped but you can still figure out exactly how much you can afford to pay for your new one/the difference. I told them up front that I don't care what they say they are giving me in trade, I only care about the amount of the check I have to write to drive the new one home. And because I did my homework, I knew exactly how much I was willing to pay. That way you are giving them the freedom to juggle the numbers to get to the deal you want. If you demand $X for your trade, then they will get there, but will gouge you somewhere else. Those numbers are all total fantasy. One dealer said my trade was worth $8,000. Another said $13,000. Didn't matter what they valued my trade on the paperwork, the check I wrote for my new Rockwood was, after some hard negotiating, exactly what I was willing to pay. You should only focus on how much you owe, all in, for your new rig when the deal is done. Good luck!
