Tracfone extra bonus code 65091

I'm a tracfone (pay as you go) cell phone user.
Just used a bonus code 65091.
Purchased a $20 top up card online at the tracfone store.
Since I have a double minutes for life phone it would normally
give me 60 + 60 minutes and 90 additional days.
Using the bonus code I got an additional 100 minutes
for a total of 220 minutes.
Including tax this works out to slightly less than 10¢ per
minute or around $7 month for cell phone service.

NOT trying to sell tracfones! If you already have one this
bonus is a good deal in addition to normal minute charge.

If you're trying to get by on the cheap for a cell phone
this one works ok.
No frills.
We used it on our great out west trip in June and pretty
much any town with a gas station, we had a signal.

Thanks for the info. I had a Tracfone that I used for a couple of years. Worked great. Gave it to my sister-in-law when I bought a plan for my wife and I about 3 or 4 years ago. I'll have to tell my sister-in-law about it, maybe she can take advantage of the deal.

Also don't forget you can use a TracFone to dial 911 even if you are out of minutes and air time. So if you buy a new one, just keep the old for emergencies (with the charger).

Yeah, they're real cheap in the per minute respect. Bought a couple for my parents. Problem with them is, if you don't use them a lot, you end up running out of time to use the minutes. And if you don't extend your servoce, you lose the minutes you paid for. The only way to extend your service is to buy more minutes, so now you add minutes to ones you already didn't use up. I think my dad is up to about 900 minutes and they expire next summer. Think he uses about 30 minutes a month. Not saying they're a bad deal, just a bad deal if you are not a real active user.

I hear you but look at it this way. Your dad can buy the
cheapest top up "card" for $20 plus tax.
A little over $21 gets him cell phone service for 3 months.
$7 a month for cell service AND no contract. If he looses
it or just wants something else he can walk away at any
time. Don't look at the minutes he's "wasting" but rather
look at a cell phone plan that's only $7 a month with no
strings.

If you have a traditional cell plan you might be able
to "add a line" for your dad but you'll have to buy him
a phone and it's probably still gonna be that much
or more per month and you might even have to sign
a contract
