Travel Trailers Flooded

Hi all. Long story short, our group of three travel trailers was involved in a river flood on Monday. It will be a while before we have an estimate. The trailers haven't even been towed yet due to road closures in the flood area. Does anyone have experience with flood loss? The insurance company has already indicated that the Catalina may be a total loss (the one on the right in the picture). The middle one is a Jayco and it actually floated about 15 feet. It has mud in the front compartment. The Salem on the far left is completely dry inside, but not sure about the underbelly. It has a water mark on the side and the water came up midway on the spare tire on the back. I'm just curious, as it may be a couple of weeks before we have any repair estimates.

Thanks!

After missing the Colorado floods a few years back by one day with my RV...

This is why I no longer prefer river or lake side sites.

Best of luck!

All of those trailers will be bought by insurance company !
Totaled is not the correct description . Totaled implies that the trailer has no value ! Every state will have different laws regarding use of the Salvage , Some states will allow these to be placed for sale , some states do not even title trailers . As wet as those trailers are they will be bought by insurance and they will decide what to do with them .
Unfortunately for you most adjusters will be heading to the Panhandle of Florida .
