Used RV financing

I am starting to look at financing for used Class C. So far I have found 15 years @ 5.5%(Southeast Financial) and 20 years @ 7.39%( State Farm). These sound about right? Thanks.

To many variables. My credit union will go as low as 4.59 and high as 7.24 depending on loan amount and length of loan.

I'm surprised anybody would even finance a used RV for fifteen-twenty years. Those rates look a little high to me, but haven't a clue about used rates. Is that with good credit?

Looks about right to me............. but has been mentioned too many variables..... Like year of the RV, credit ratings, amount to borrow, etc.

Thanks for input. Ended up with 5.99% for 15 years on $30k loan. Should be official this week and I will be an official RV Owner! Then I will be on this site asking lots of questions. Thanks again.

Sounds about right... In 2014 we bought a mildly used 2011 TT for $20K with $0 down @ 5.74% & $180/mo for 15 years.

We had to buy our TV just 6 months prior, a (then) 2 year-old Ram 2500 CC for $14,000 with $0 down @ 3.74% & $219/mo for 6 years.

Buying mildly used is ideal because together the payments are $400 - less than the payments on a new RV or new TV alone... This allowed us to pay extra on non-camping/non-holiday months & pay the truck off early... The TT will take a few more years yet...

I just bought my used TT for $9k with $3,500 down. 7.3% over 5yrs. With credit score of 750. We were told the high APR is due to it being a recreational vehicle. Lenders charger more because it's harder to repo a recreational vehicle that can be hidden so easily. Hmmmmmm?
