Warranty on Used Camper

Has anyone negotiated a warranty on a used camper purchased from dealer? What was covered? How long?

I'm not intesrested in those $1,500+ long term warranties, I just want something to minimize risk until I can use it a couple times to test out all systems and ensure there are no leaks.

30 day warranty should always be negotiated .

We bought a 15 year old camper years ago part of the deal was we negotiated 30 days .

I have purchased a couple of used campers, always with a 3 or 4 year warranty. Always got more than the cost of the warranty back. One camper had the frig replaced by warranty. Another had some serious issues with a slide that was unexpected and a landing gear motor.

It's all a gamble. Good luck with your decision
