Central Illinois Indoor Storage

Hello everyone. I pay $100/month for my 36' fifth wheel for indoor, heated storage. Here's the catch - you drop the trailer in their parking lot and they place the unit inside for you. When you want it out - they say to give them 24 hours notice.

Here's what I've found. You're lucky if the unit is placed back in storage within 7 days. And I have found that I need to provide at least 3 days notice to ensure the unit actually gets pulled out.

But - for $100 bucks, hard to complain.

Nontheless I am looking for another inside or at least covered option where I can drop off the trailer on my time schedule and know that it is put away.

Good luck to everyone!

$90 a month, covered storage and 110v power outlet. 24/7 gated keypad access. Staffed during the day. Security cameras all around.

I have no space at the house so I have no choice. It's about 20 miles away but that is because I wanted covered storage.

With tax, we pay $127.31 a month. 24/7 access, warehouse storage, electricity, valet delivery to the parking lot/pickup and put back, 3 hour notification requested, tires aired up and unit washed after each trip. Pretty good deal, owner rents warehouse space for RVs, cars, boats, and anything else you want to store there. Business is in Fort Smith, AR.

What are you guys seeing for Storage costs?

In Houston, I have a lockable full garage enclosed but not conditioned, for $105 per month. Fits my rpod 179 with plenty room for 6 - 8 more feet. Power for trickle charge included.

$40/mo for a 12'x 30' storage unit covered on 3 sides + a roof. Electric is available to plug in to do work and/or clean, but not for keeping the camper plugged in 24/7. The storage is less than a mile from the house, so convenient too.
