I would go to rvtrader.com and look up similar trailers. Start establishing your're own value, including consideration of what you want to (reasonably) get for it.

Whats it worth? Whats the climate like in Dec/Jan/Feb in Missouri? Its probably worth a lot less in those months.

If you are willing to wait it out until a buyer comes along, which may take a while and most likely will not happen in winter.......16-17K
If you want to sell it fast...........14-15K
Trade in...............................10K maybe.
