The owner lives in Port Allen, LA. which is in the 225 area code listing.

The trailer is located at his Mom's house in Iowa, LA. (Southwest Louisiana). No Water or Oil inland.

The 8315 is nominally a 31 footer, but from bumper to hitch is approximately 34'.

The guy who bought will be using it to live in will working in a plant near Baton Rouge, LA.
