2010 Sandpiper 35Loft 5W

This was our fulltime home for 18 months. We've now settled in Green Country, so we're downsizing a little. Planning on buying a smaller rig that we can pull with our van.

Purchased new in October 2010 from RV Wholesalers in Ohio. We hit the road in February. The rig has 3 slides. 2 bedrooms plus loft. 1.5 bathrooms. 1 ducted AC, one non-ducted. Beds for 6 (queen forward plus 2 inflatable full-size) plus loft space. 9 people lived in this, and we had room for guests. The loft will hold 2 twin-sized beds with room left for a smaller child.

Magic Chef Microwave. 3-burner stove. 10-gallon dual-source water heater. Dometic dual-source 8 cu. ft. refrigerator. No generator. 108 gallons for black and gray water each, and 54 gallons fresh water. This thing is ready to roll, with plenty of room and plenty of storage.

Rig includes a kingpin stabilizer, power cable, propane tanks and the 32 inch TV that's not shown in the photos. It also includes a custom-made heavyweight vinyl skirt that wraps around the entire rig, with a section to go around the kingpin as well.

Asking $35,000.
