We have decided to tow 4 wheels down and no longer need this Dolly. This is the deluxe model with chrome wheels. Even the optional spare tire has a chrome wheel. This Dolly has brand new fenders. It also has a $350 second set of fenders new in the box. I have the manual and title in hand. The tires look new. When new, this Carrier was over $2500 with the options. Asking $1900.
