Just picked up the primer and paint for the second set, which is on tomorrows agenda.

I also took 10-1/4 inches off the inner tube to allow the bottom of the outer tube to be even with the bottom of the awning arm when in the stowed position.

I still have plenty of extension left when my awning is extended.

"Glow In the Dark Rope" and Ground Anchors headed this way.

Thanks for a super product.

Thank you for your endorsement. I appreciate it very much.

4 sets left ready to ship and 1 set available for custom length poles for a motorhome and then the shop is closed.

Second set painted and installed today.

Only one issue. When I temporarily mounted the upper arm to make sure it was straight before drilling the second hole for the upper arm mount, the threads galled on the pivot bolt. Not uncommon for stainless hardware.

Wrenched the bolt in two, and replaced it, applying anti seize. The Nylock nuts will circumvent the anti seize allowing the bolt to back off.

Love the setup. Working on making my four tie downs, and the ground anchors are inbound.

Sorry for the problem, I debated about putting anti-seize on the bolts or in the nuts and decided it would be a mess some folks wouldn't like.

I debated about putting anti seize before I ran into the issue on the last arm. I guess Murphy caught up with me. LOL

Having used a lot of stainless on Amateur Radio Antenna installations, it was no surprise to me.

The good part, I'm ready to roll them out now.

Thanks again.

Nice job on install and paint. Beautiful trailer and I am very envious of your shop.

When mine come, I think I'll use camo-tiedowns as that way people will not know what they just tripped over.
