I've decided to sell my 2004 Surveyor SV261T to upgrade to a larger TT with a slide.
This is the bunkhouse model and sleeps 8, it has 1 queen pop out bed
dinette twin size bed
couch twin size bed
4 bunk beds
The canvas and furniture are in really good shape, all the appliances work great.
The bottom bunks fold up for more floor room and there is a small door in the back to load bicycles and other items.
It has the outdoor grill that mounts to the side of the camper as well.
I bought new tires for it last month, they have around 200 miles on them.
I am replacing the 18' awning due to a tear from a tree limb falling on it and installing new linoleum flooring due to the high traffic areas looking grungy as the original linoleum being a very light color and shows dirt.
It has:
gas\electric fridge\freezer
6 gallon gas water heater
gas furnace
13.5k A\C unit
microwave
3 burner stove\oven
24" Sharp LCD TV wall mounted with built-in DVD player.
AM\FM\CD player with 4 speakers
3 roof vents 1 of which has a fan(bathroom)
power tongue jack with lights
tons of storage inside and out, 4 exterior storage compartments, large pantry, closet, 5 drawer chest of drawers, shelf, and storage closet in bunk area.
2x 30lb LP bottles one if full, the other is about 2\3.
New HD Battery
Spare tire with cover mounted on back bumper
Also comes with Reese 12,000lb weight distribution hitch, bars, and sway controller.
This unit is in really good shape other than listed above, I've really enjoyed it, I just want something with more space.
This is an ultra light unit that weighs about 4300lbs empty. We pull it with my wife's Nissan Armada and it tows like a dream.
I'm asking $10000 but open to reasonable offers, I don't have to sell it, so no low ball offers please.
Contact Stephen via message on the forum or 706-Seven6Seven-8ZEROZERO7 no calls after 9:00pm EST please. This camper is located in Rome, Georgia.
I'll add more photos tomorrow when I can take them.
