The hitch is a Super 5th from PullRite - 16,000 lb. Towing Capacity--Pin Weight Capacity 4,000 lbs. Side-to-side pivot feature, Strong, space-saving base design. Jaw cradles the king pin for reduced wear and tighter fit. Vertical height adjustment from 14-1/2" to 17-1/2". Mounted on truck with a custom "no drill" Super bracket kit that lined up with the holes already in the frame.

Very nice, the regular cab models are getting hard to come by. My buddy had been looking with no luck so two weeks ago he made an order for a new one. You should get what you are asking for it. Good luck.
