Fully enclosed storage facility in Mansfield, TX......south side of the metroplex on HWY 360, 20 miles directly south of DFW Intl Airport.
About the Camper:
2013 Forest River XLR Hyper Lite 27HFS - 30' Half Ton Towable with Generator - Sleeps 6 to 8
Top-of-the-line Custom Factory ordered unit with ALL available upgrades & options except one - we did not want the external because it would have been located under the awning, above the furniture and outdoor carpet and directly below our exterior TV mount. We have a five year old son who would have gladly used it to wash the TV, guaranteed!
Because we've detailed it and fixed the minor "new camper bugs" that they all come with, I would say it's in better than new condition.
Additionally, the unit is stored in a fully enclosed facility out of the sun and weather. We keep it level and parked on 2x10 boards; also included.

About Us & Camper Usage:
We do our research, don't get in a hurry, and don't go the cheap route. We buy nice things and take care of them. We went to several dealerships and researched this particular model for almost one year before deciding to order it from the factory. We have used the camper two times and have meticulously cleaned and maintained it. One of these trips (short haul learning trip) was to Dinosaur Valley State Park without ATV's in the back. The second trip was to Mena, AR with the ATV's loaded in the rear. Both of these trips taught us more about the camper and we were impressed with the handling characteristics. We tow with a Ford F150 and would not hesitate to tow it anywhere.

Reason we are selling:
All of our immediate family lives outside of Texas. We are replacing the camper with an airplane in order to make more weekend trips out of state. We hoped the camper would bring our family together more, but the travel distances are not realistic over a two-day weekend. A rather fast airplane will allow us to make the journey in a few hours vs an entire day.

Buying Advice:
Highly doubt you can touch this unit in Texas for less than $30,000 plus TTL. Additionally, we are throwing in over $3,000 true cost worth of additional items that we used to outfit the unit; things any serious RV family will want and need. I will tell you that you can find stripped down versions of this unit for as low as $21,000 plus hitch and TTL around Indiana. But, they really are stripped down. The same stripped down unit would probably cost $24,000 plus hitch and TTL in Texas because of delivery charges. Again, do some research and find out the truth for yourself.
