[SOLD] 2015 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2702SS Bunkhouse

2015 Rockwood bunkhouse model with 1 slide. Great floor plan. No problems with it. We have used it a few times and loved it, but health issues force us to sell. Very sad to let it go as we have made some nice upgrades thinking we would have it for a quite awhile. It's a great family trailer. Total length is 31' 11". Sleeps 8-10 with 2 double bunk beds, queen bed, U-shaped dinette turns into a bed and jack-knife sofa bed. Two entry doors. Tons of storage. Includes 160 Watt rooftop Go SOLAR POWER system with two new 6-volt no-maintenance 5-year guaranteed batteries and Equalizer 4-Point Sway Control/Weight Distribution Hitch. Will consider selling tow vehicle (2010 Ford Expedition EL LTD) with it, but not included at this price.

Convenience Package B:
Tinted safety glass windows, gas oven, microwave oven, 13.5 BTU ducted roof A/C, power awning, spare tire carrier and cover, 32" LCD TV W/AM/FM stereo, DC, and DVD player in living area, 24" LCD TV in bedroom, gas/electric hot water heater, outside grill, outside speakers, outside shower.

Power tongue jack, oversized 2 door refrigerator with raised panel fronts, heated holding tanks, enclosed underbelly, day/night shades, rear ladder, aluminum wheels, fantastic roof vent fan in bathroom, roof vent in bedroom, two - 30LB propane tanks with cover, wheel covers, and LOTS MORE.

Inside is immaculate and looks like new. More photos available upon request. LOCATED IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.

I have a 2015 2702ss also and love it. Anyone looking for a nice all around trailer should take a look. Are you sure the air is a 13,500? Mine came with 15,000. Just curious, what's the price?

It does have the 13,500 air. The 15,000 is an upgrade that ours did not come with. Asking $27,900. Can't believe I forgot to include the price. THANKS!!

Good luck with that price. Hope you get it, but in this market that's a tad high...

Thanks for your input. With the solar/6-volt batteries/WDH additions it is still quite a hit in less than 6 months. I know we will never recover anything close to what we have paid for everything, but this is a start. We are willing to negotiate and can always lower the price.

We also have $3000 into Honda generators that were used 1 time, a Progressive Industries 30AMP Electrical Management System, and other items we could throw in to sweeten the deal.

I appreciate your comments.

Did not mean to be a negation. I recently left a career selling RVs so am well aware of the big hit people take on resale, at least with a new unit. Sorry to hear that you are in a forced sale position.

The fact you have extras to throw in is great!! If I come across anyone in the market, I'll send them your way. Good luck!!

I just have to say that I believe this is the first time on any forum EVER that I've seen a coversation like this (for sale/your price is a little high) turn into a helpful and respectful dialog. I'm truly impressed by both of you!
That's all

I know what you mean, bet I have spent $2000 on extras (no generator) since I bought it. Good luck with the sale, these really are nice trailers. I have had only a couple of minor issues and love the floor plan of this model.

Yep, Southern California. This was in Temecula at the Pechanga Casino RV Resort. Very nice park.

Thank you! Trailer is now with a very nice family who plan to make lots of great memories with their kids camping.

We used Passport America at the Pechanga RV Resort. Sun-Wed is only $25/night and a great deal for this park.
