Chicky, grab a 7/16" socket or wrench, step ladder and do it yourselph or threaten to withhold ???

Where's the brackets?

Brackets are all in the bag still. I don't need a pop gun?

Stow brackets don't have to be installed yet if ya'll hain't goin nowheres.

Pop gun? Pop Rivet gun, yes, but only to put the stow brackets on. The tie down brackets bolt onto the arms using the existing bolts already on the arms. Take about 10 minutes tops to install.
