SOLD OUT: Dometic Power Awning Tie Down Kit

I now have 10 sets of Dometic A&E power awning tie down pole kits available for sale and immediate shipping. Cost of the new kits are $175 + shipping and $10 packaging. UPS was around $30 for the old kits, but will no doubt be a little higher for the new kits as the inner poles are 5" longer and UPS charges on length & wt. PayPal only. PM me if interested.

Could you give us a little more description? Do they attach to the awning at two points (the ends)? I assume they attach to the ground somehow? How? What are the '5" longer poles' for?

They attach at each end of the awning arms and store on the arms. If you look at my profile albums, there are pictures there. Also if you do a search on power awning tie downs, there are several posts showing them. You attach a ratchet tie down strap to the bracket at the top and down to a dirt screw screwed into the ground and tighten.

Not going to the Cherry Blossom Festival but will bring some to the Goshen Rally if there are any left. Took 4 sets to Florida in Nov planning on taking them to the Moore Haven Rally and sold all 4 sets within a week of getting to Fawn Ridge Campground in Davenport, FL.

OldCoot,
Received the set of Awning Support Poles late last night.
Just finished installing them. (didn't take long at all)
Installation went without a single hitch! (which is good for me)
So simple and easy, I think a caveman could do this install!
In my RV port, I cannot roll out the awning all the way.
Very well designed and made! Even the shipping container was solid!
Will check it out next Thursday on a 4 night trip.
Thanks for the quick shipping!
Pat

You're right, 4 sets left and Turbs needs all the help he can get. Amy has her hands full with 4 kids to handle.
