Thanks for the idea. I think I will make a set custom-fit for my camper. I can save a few bucks and have the fun of making them!

Enjoy! My experience with aluminum welding is non existent.
Neil's setup is really neat and it is very nice of him to sell them to our membership for basically cost plus shipping.
It must take him all day to make a set with all the fine detail required.

I'm like dunnnc, as I get the most enjoyment from making stuff.
Far to easy to just go out and buy it.
Made and custom-fit my own power jack stabilzer bars as well, and they are better than anything I have seen on the market.
I have been designing and building with metal all my life. Occupational hazard.

BTW, the bolt & nyloc nut are stainless to prevent rust stains.

I really thought Herk would polish the poles.

Just in case anyone else wants a set, I have to find a new supplier of the aluminum tubing and then wait until the end of Oct for my son to get home to do the tig welding. PM me if your interested, otherwise I will retire for the awning pole business. lol

I will ship the last 2 sets tomorrow.
